Chiusi, December 7, 2021 With the new 2021/22 tour, Emma Villas is finally back live after a stop of two years since the last edition and does so with 10 appointments from November 16, 2021 to February 25, 2022.

A tailor-made tour for the owners of the more than 430 villas and country houses with swimming pool in Italy. This is the latest initiative of Emma Villas, Tour Operator and leading company in the short-term rental market for prestigious villas and estates.

10 stages, 9 cities, an integrated team of professionals and commercial representatives will pass through the peninsula from north to south, finally meeting again with the owners, involving them in an informative and exciting tour but, above all, full of the latest news for the 2022 season, with the intention of updating, listening to and developing our collaboration, during which various aspects of the “Your Property First” project will be discussed.

The Emma Villas Tour began in Siena on November 16, 2021 with the first stage and then moved to San Giuliano Terme (Pisa) on November 25 and continued with 2 days (December 2 and 3) in Florence, a city where, besides the usual meeting between staff and owners, a third fundamental meeting was added on December 1 with the appointment between the representatives of our management and agents and dealers from all over Italy.

The Tour will close the year with the stage on December 10 in Colli del Tronto (Ascoli Piceno) and will open 2022 in Rome on January 14, followed by the meeting in Rimini on January 21, and then go on to Puglia on February 4 in Ostuni (Brindisi), to Milan on February 11 and finally conclude the tour in Catania on February 25. All the meetings are held behind closed doors in two main phases, both of which are very important for continuing to successfully develop the collaboration: a ‘collective’ during which contents, products and services to support the lease are explored, followed by a series of one-to-one meetings between the owners and the Emma Villas staff.

Those owners who have chosen to entrust their facilities to Emma Villas know they can count on a unique model that has never followed trends and has formed its strength by the diversity of approach. This is why we firmly believe that these occasions are a moment of meeting but, above all, of listening and discussion necessary for both the satisfaction of the owners and for putting the guests in the best conditions“, explains Giammarco Bisogno, Founder and CEO of Emma Villas srl. “This approach certainly represents an opportunity for all those owners who until now have relied exclusively on portals or have personally managed all the logistical aspects involved in welcoming guests. Relying on us, they receive an all-round property management consultancy, can take advantage of a research and training service for the villa staff, are relieved of the bureaucratic tasks related to the arrival of guests (including communications to public safety and payment of the tourist tax), and have insurance for the protection of the property and guests in the case of damage to the property “- concludes Giammarco Bisogno.

The topics of the property tour: from smart hospitality to guest & property protection

Among the many issues addressed during the meetings of the Property Tour, we talk about Smart Hospitality, Guest & Property Protection, about the ReHome project and the quality and services to support the lease.

Innovation and digitalization: Smart Hospitality has provided for the possibility of automatically fulfilling bureaucratic obligations (communication of guests to the Alloggiati Web portal, Istat communication); making various payments such as the tourist tax (where due).

Protection of facilities and guests: Guest & Property Protection: with Property Protection, an exclusive insurance offered to cover any damage caused to the property during the guests’ stay, the owners are relieved of concern regarding the protection of their villa. Travel cancellation insurance and ad hoc protections related to the Covid-19 emergency complete the picture, also in terms of guest protection.

The ReHome project: The Emma Villas ReHome project supports the owner in the development of renovation projects, Interior & Garden design with manageable support in the context of short and medium-term collaboration agreements.

The tour will continue until February 2022 and Emma Villas would like to take the opportunity to invite all their owners and to remind them that their participation is extremely important.
