After confirmation and new acquisitions of some of the best national and international Tour Operators, Europ Assistance will continue to bring travel assistance and tranquillity into the exclusive world of villa holidays in Italy as well.

The agreement with Emma Villas, the Italian Incoming Tour Operator which enables the booking of weekly holidays in many prestigious facilities located throughout the country, will allow discerning travellers to rely on the leader of travel assistance. Thanks to the renewal between the tour operator, it, too, an Italian leader in this sector, and the Assistance Company of the Generali group, a Europ Asistance cancellation policy will always be available for all clients, both Italian and foreign, reimbursing the penalty in the event of cancellation, included in the booking price.

Emma Villas clients will also be offered the option of undersigning the Viaggi NoStop Vacanza policy, which guarantees health assistance and reimbursement of medical expenses in the case of injury or illness during their travel, complete with an on the road extension which offers coverage of their own transport and roadside assistance in the case of breakdown and unforeseen events with their own car on the entire Italian road and motorway network with 24-hour, 7-day intervention, as well as a repeat trip in the case in which clients must leave the location of their stay in advance of the expected check-out date.
